How do I book?
The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please contact us, on our email address yellowscottcountry@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger. ​

 

How do I pay?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due. Payments can be made online via stripe which allows for payment via most credit/debit cards. We can’t take payment over the telephone. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

What other charges are there?
Towels are extra. If you are staying in our pet friendly lodges there is a fee of £35 for two small/medium sized dogs per lodge.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival time is 4pm, early arrival 2pm ( £15 surcharge)
Departure time is 10am, late departure 11.30am  ( £15 surcharge)

Can I stay for just one night?
Our minimum stay in peak season is 2 nights. 
One night stays are available if there is a natural gap between bookings or if the booking is last minute. Please email in regards to our one night stays and our team can take a look for you. 

 

Are the lodges well equipped?
There is an oven / hob, microwave and dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils you will need. 

There will be washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bags, complimentary toiletries and a toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables!

What should I bring with me?
You may consider a hairdryer, bathrobe and flip flops for getting to and from the hot tub, towels.

Do all of the lodges have private hot tubs?
Yes. Each lodge has it’s own hot tub.

​

Are the hot tubs covered?
No, our Hot Tubs do not have covers. They are open to the sky...lie back with a glass of wine and see the stars!

Can you help me make our stay extra special?

If you would like to make your stay that little bit more special we have a range of extras available: 

Prosecco and Chocolates - £25 

Champagne and Chocolates - £45

Silk Rose and Petals placed on Master Bed - £15

Birthday Balloons ( Inflated Happy Birthday, 2 Foil Stars, 4 confetti balloons, 6 plain balloons) - £29

 

Can we use the hot tub in the rain / snow?
Yes, Our Hot Tubs are available all year round.

Can I bring my dog / cat?
We allow 2 small/medium sized dogs per booking in Torridon 1, Lomond 3, Lomond 5, Cleish 7 and Ochil 9, Benarty 11 and LBTIE Lodge.  Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or soft furnishings and must be kept on a lead at all times. 
We don’t allow cats or other pets in any of the lodges.
